Start with getting accustomed to the feeling of the toe spacers by maybe having them on for 5 minutes the first time. Listen to your body. Then gradually incresase the time you wear them. We like to wear ours for up to or over an hour a day as the stretching senastion feels so good. This obviously becomes less important later down the line once your feet has widened more.
