Don’t do it everyday in the beginning. You want to slowly increase chewing time. Also listen to your gut and stop if it aches a little as the gum has strong antimicrobial effects.

If you’re just a causal chewer - you can stay at chewing the gum for up to 2 hours everyday. However, if you really want to enhance your jawline, or add more toughness, you can start adding Teardrops into the mix.

Start with 1-3 teardrops, 1-2 nuggets —and chew them all-together in a ball. Work your way up to as much as 6 teardrops if you desire more toughness!

Be careful not too over chew when you start adding Teardrops as it can cause your teeth to ache. If doing it intensely, 15-30 minutes a day will usually suffice. If casually, up to 2 hours is OK. Always listen to your body & intuition. 

Your face could likely be more tight on one side tha the other, so don't assume both sides can handle the same toughness. As long as your teeth doesn't ache, or masseters muscles hurt, you have nothing to worry about.
