Don’t do it everyday in the beginning. You want to slowly increase chewing time. Also listen to your gut and stop if it aches, as the gum has strong antimicrobial effects.

If you’re just a causal chewer - you can stay at chewing the Nuggets size for up to 2 hours everyday. However, if you really want to enhance your jawline, or just add more toughness, you can start adding Teardrops into the mix.

Start with 1-3 teardrops & 1-2 nuggets—and chew them all-together, in a ball. Work your way up to, especilally by increasing the amount of teardrops, to get your desired toughness, for each chewing session.
