The Perfect Way to Supplement Collagen
Melted Gelatin Powder or Clean Collagen with Honey and more
Simply pour 1-3 tablespoon collagen/gelatin into a 500 ml tea cup.
Add 250-500 ml of boiling water.
The gelatin/collagen will melt instantly.
Add 1 large tablespoon of honey🍯 and stir with the spoon until all the components are evenly mixed together.
This might take a minute with the Pure Gelatin but goes very fast with the Clean Collagen.
